Frequently Asked Questions

What is the psoas?

A large, complex muscle deep in your core that connects from your lumbar spine to your legs, passing through your hips. It is directly related spinal health, hip mobility, gut health and more.

How is the Hip Helper made?

Using a fleet of 3D printers, we print Hip Helpers as inventory gets low. 3D printing works by adding melted layers of plastic on top of each other to fuse them together in the shape of the Hip Helper. Some printers are dedicated to printing the polyurethane base, a soft rubbery material. A hydraulic press is used to attach the base to the tool.

All Hip Helpers are printed, assembled, and shipped in the USA.
